Chicago rappers G Herbo and Joe Rodeo, who also goes by Rockstar Rodie, are among those charged in an alleged fraud scheme, according to recently-unsealed court documents.

Herbo — Herbert Wright III — pleaded not guilty to playing a role in purchasing luxury vacation rentals, “designer puppies” and other expensive items with stolen credit card information. The 25-year-old rapper video-conferenced with a Massachusetts judge on Wednesday (December 9).

Herbo faces charges of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

Antonio Strong, Herbo’s promoter, was also named in the case, according to NBC Chicago.

Other defendants include Joseph Williams, Steven Hayes Jr., Demario Sorrells and Terrence Bender.

“Generally, because the defendants and their co-conspirators provided authentic payment card information, the defrauded businesses and individuals successfully processed their transactions and provided the goods and services,” the 14-count indictment reads.

The group is accused of "pass[ing] the stolen information to each other through texts, social media messages, emails and phone calls."

Fraudulent purchases allegedly date back to about March 2016 and continued over the last few years.

"[G Herbo] maintains his innocence and looks forward to establishing his innocence in court,” a rep for Herbo previously told TMZ. “Herbo has legal representation in Massachusetts via Prince Lobel, whose team has reached out to the US Attorney’s office in Massachusetts to make arrangements for Herbo's appearance. G Herbo will appear in Massachusetts whenever he is required either in person or via Zoom."
