If there's a pandemic, you wouldn't know it by the crowd a recent Gucci Mane show.
The rapper performed in front of a packed house at the Houston club The Address on Sunday, December 14. Video shared by XXL Magazine shows hardly anyone in the crowd wearing a mask.
The Houston Chronicle called out Gucci Mane (born Radric Delantic Davis) with the headline "If there's a COVID spike in Houston, blame Gucci Mane."
Twitter users also criticized the Houston show by calling it a "super spreader event" and another saying "Y’all really don’t care if your own people live or die. As long as you can get a check."

The Address told the Houston newspaper that "local, county and state guidelines were in place and executed" and that it would be offering free COVID-19 tests by appointment only.
This is the second time a rap show has caused concern in Houston because of the pandemic. Lil Baby (born Dominique Armani Jones) held a Thanksgiving Eve bash at the club Spire. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner called the show "very disturbing" and said "the way I look at it, it's quite selfish on their part" once videos of the concert surfaced.
