Mystikal will have his rape charges cleared thanks to a No True Bill which was handed down by a Caddo Parish grand jury on Thursday (December 17th).

In 2017 Mystikal, known as Michael Tyler, was indicted on one count each of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. A second grand jury reconsidered the case and after new evidence and information was submitted it was determined all charges would be dismissed.

Mystikal has spent a year in jail on charges of alleged sexual assault.
