Frosty's Winter Wonderland is shining bright in Salt Lake City bringing lots of Christmas cheer this holiday season.
The display began nearly 30 years ago as a normal yard display with blow mold Christmas decorations.
Homeowner Forrest Nunley told KSL, "We had no idea when we started this 28 years ago that it would be this big."
Preparation and construction of the display usually begins as early as October 1st.
Nunley said, "It takes me about 700 hours to get it all up and running."
Nunley adds about 200 new blow molds every Christmas season and collects them all throughout the year for the display.
Nunley's display averages about 200 cars per night this year, which is about double what it normally sees. This doesn't even include the massive amounts of foot traffic.
Nunley hopes that this will help spread cheer. "If there's anything I can fo to help people out, this is it. It brings a lot of happiness to people," he said.
The glow of the display can be seen from long distances but if you want to see it up close, you can check out this super unique display at 805 East 18th Avenue.
