Louisville Eatery Named A Restaurant 'America Can't Afford To Lose'

(Louisville, KY) - A Louisville restaurant is being named one of the 100 restaurants 'America can't afford to lose' by Esquire magazine.

Seviche, located in the Highlands neighborhood, has been around for 15 years. The menu blends southern and Latin food.

The magazine says the food 'continues to thrill.' The eatery is owned by Chef Anthony Lamas.
