Florida Fire Department's Last Call Of 2020 Was For An Actual Dumpster Fire

A crew of firefighters in Brevard County, Florida, were counting down the final hours of 2020 on New Year's Eve when they received a call of a fire in the community of Viera.

When they arrived at the scene, they found a dumpster engulfed in flames, a fitting end to 2020. They quickly extinguished the fire and then posed for a photo before heading back to the firehouse.

"The last fire of the year for BCFR and Station 48 kind of sums up 2020. Wishing for a better and prosperous 2021 for Brevard County! #DumsterFire #BCFR #BrevardsBravest #Viera #LastFire #Goodbye2020," Brevard County Fire Rescue wrote on Twitter.

Nobody was injured as a result of the dumpster fire, and officials did not say what caused the blaze.
