The View is back to its usual antics.

Meghan McCain returned to her seat on the long-running ABC talk show after her maternity leave and interrupted Joy Behar, so the former gave her a piece of her mind. "On the one hand you have the Republicans and on the other hand you have the seditionist," Behar told the audience. "Among the Democrats you have the progressives and the moderates which is de rigueur. The Republican party is in much more trouble right now…"

McCain found it appropriate to interrupt Behar, saying, "Are you kidding me? You have AOC saying…," to which Behar stood up for herself. "I'm not done!"

McCain tried to be playful, but the sentiment was not acknowledged. "Joy, you missed me so much when I was on maternity leave. You missed fighting with me," she said, before Behar shared her true feelings. "I did not. I did not miss you. Zero."

It'd be fair to call Behar and McCain's dynamic amicably tense. While they fight, they've previously shared love for one another. "We like each other!" Behar said of McCain during their on-one-on interview for ET in November 2019. "They keep writing things about how we can't stand each other."

"It genuinely hurts my feelings because our dressing rooms are next door to each other and you and I have the same emotional reaction to things, sometimes in different ways. We're both upset equally, the equal amount of the same things. I wish people would give us a break, for real," McCain responded.
