It might be hard to believe during the winter months, but three Wisconsin cities made the list of sunniest cities in the U.S.

Researches from NerdWallet, a hub that aims to help with financial decisions, set out to determine the sunniest cities in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and rank them.

Using data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NerdWallet’s team ranked each city by its annual percentage of average possible sunshine.

NerdWallet encouraged people to see the “list of the top places to get your fix of Vitamin D,” and to see “our cost of living calculator and mortgage rates calculator for more city information.”

  • No. 133: Green Bay, WI, 54%
  • No. 134: Madison, WI, 54%
  • No. 73: Milwaukee, WI, 54%
