Back when a pandemic didn't keep everyone from visiting cities around the country, people loved to travel. With the vaccine rolling out, there is hope that we can once again travel freely. While some love to visit a theme park or large city, others are looking at a different destination.
According to Oyster, nude travel has become a growing trend. The thought of shedding your clothes may terrify some, but others find it liberating. Whether you're new to the nudity experience or a natural pro, there are plenty of places around the country to fully be your complete self, including one Louisiana spot found in Slidell.
While many may think Louisiana houses plenty of places to strip down in public, Indian Hills Nudist Park is actually the only spot of its kind in the state. With a campground, cabin rentals, and fun events like game nights and karaoke, anyone looking for an au naturale getaway will find something they enjoy.
The experience at Indian Hills can be summed up perfectly by a statement on its website: "Social nudity is the freedom to feel comfortable with your naked self in a safe, relaxing setting, all while enjoying the beautiful nature that abounds at Indian Hills."
Check out the full list of each state's go-to spot for nude travel. Before you head out to any of the places on the list, check for local laws about nudity. No one wants to get arrested in the buff!
