Where To Get A COVID-19 Vaccine In Miami-Dade, Broward Counties

Coronavirus vaccines are rolling out in full force in Florida, but it can be overwhelming to know where to go. Different locations will have different eligibility, and some may require more paperwork than others.

Florida residents should also keep in mind that they need to show proof of state residency when getting your first dose. It can be a copy of a Florida driver's license or ID card. Seasonal residents can also get the vaccine. You can find out more details about eligibility here.

For residents in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, here is a list of some locations offering the COVID-19 vaccine and relevant details. Walk-up appointments are not allowed in either county. Officials said to keep up with each location or site's social media as well in case there are any changes.

Miami-Dade County

Marlins Park: People who are 65 years old and over can visit 501 Marlins Way in Miami between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST. Call 1-888-499-0840 to make an appointment, or 1-888-256-8918 if you're visually impaired.

Tropical Park: This is a drive-thru site, but you have to make an appointment online. Residents who are 65 years old and over are eligible. Tropical Park is located at 7900 SW 40th St in Miami.

Zoo Miami: If you're age 65 years or older, you can drop by 12400 SW 152nd St in Miami. Click here to make an appointment.

Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens: They're vaccinating frontline health care workers and residents 65 years old and over. Hard Rock Stadium is located at 347 Don Shula Dr. in Miami Gardens. Call 1-888-499-0840 or 1-888-256-8918 (for TTY) to make an appointment.

Mount Sinai Medical Center: If you're a resident who's 75 years old or over, you can call for an appointment between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays or between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the weekends. Make sure to bring your government-issued ID to the appointment.

Jackson Health System: Residents who are 65 years old or over are eligible to get a dose here. Click here to schedule an appointment.

Broward County

In Broward County, residents ages 65 and older can start scheduling appointments by visitingbrowardcovidvaccine.com,or byclicking here.

Department of Health vaccination sites in Broward: You can make appointments by calling 866-201-6313 or 833-476-1526 for TTY.

Inter Miami CF Stadium: You can visit 1350 NW 55th St in Fort Lauderdale, but you have to make an appointment at BrowardHealth.org first. Here are the people eligible to get the vaccine:

  • People ages 65 and over
  • Office staff of Broward Health's credentialed physicians
  • EMS
  • non-credentialed community healthcare providers who do not have access to the vaccine, as well as their office staff

Cleveland Clinic: You can get a dose from Cleveland Clinic if you have an order from your health care provider if you're a worker in the field or under 65 years old. Other eligible people include people ages 65 and over, first responders and those with high-risk medical conditions.

You can sign up for an appointment online here or call this number: 954-659-5950. Phone hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The line is closed on Sunday. The clinic is located at 2950 Cleveland Clinic Blvd in Weston.

Memorial Healthcare System

You're eligible for a dose if you're 65 years old or over, a community licensed health care professional or part of Memorial's workforce. Health care professionals must bring active licenses. Here are the two locations available through Memorial:

  • 3501 Johnson Street in Hollywood (Monday 12 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
  • Memorial Specialty Pharmacy, 9581 Premier Pkwy in Miramar (Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

You can call this number 954-276-4340 to make an appointment between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
