These Seattle-Area Restaurants Are Offering Valentine's Day Meal Takeout

Like most holidays after March last year, Valentine's Day in 2021 is going to be much different due to the pandemic. Even though COVID-19 vaccinations are rolling out, some areas in America are still experiencing lockdowns or restrictions -- especially restaurants. So, like Thanksgiving and Christmas, some restaurants nationwide are opting to do takeout dinners for the day of love. Seattle is no different.
We found some restaurants from all over the Seattle area, including joints in Tacoma, Ballard, Queen Anne and other areas. Seafood, steak and more may be on these restaurants menus, and depending on where you're ordering from, you may get some wine with that! Just make sure you order as soon as possible. With that said, here are some Seattle-area restaurants ready to take your order.
Cafe Flora
Calling all vegans! This restaurant's $90 box includes a starter, salads, entrees and dessert. If you like artichoke croquettes and chocolate towers, this box may be up your alley. Cafe Flora doesn't have a deadline to order, so make sure to get yours while you can!
The Lakehouse
You have a couple options from this restaurant. You can either do a four-course dinner for one, or you can pick duck foie gras, a caviar course or a king grab roll kit separately. Wines and cocktails are sold separately, as well.
Rain Shadow Meats
You have three options for from Rain Shadow's offerings! They're offering boxes for ragu and mixtape pasta, cote de boeuf and cassoulet. Each box comes with a bottle of wine and all the sides you need!
Spinasse
Cooking and reheating will be required for this kit, but you'll be getting tajarin with king crab, braised pork shank, chocolate mousse and more! It's $80 per person.
Lil Red's Takeout and Catering
If you're looking for some comfort food on Valentine's Day, Lil Red has you covered. They're doing meals for both breakfast and dinner with chocolate-dipped strawberries being offered separately. Lil Red is taking orders up to February 14 by phone (2067602931).

Eden Hill
On the menu are cider whole wheat bread with butter, dungeness crab, braised pork cheeks, sticky toffee cake and more deliciousness. They also have tasting menus for you, as well!
The Walrus and the Carpenter
This Ballard restaurant is offering $120 takeout for two, which includes ridgeback oysters, crab mascarpone ravioli, and a braised beef shank. Pickup is on Valentine's Day.
You may be a little spoiled for choice here. Pioneer Square D&E is offering brunch and dinner meals, as well as fried chicken. Beef wellington, chicken and waffles, and beignets are just a sample of what's on the menu. Pickup is February 11 through the 14th.
