Two California women are suing Subway for five-million-dollar claiming their tuna sandwiches don't actually have any tuna in them.

The plaintiffs say they ordered a tuna sandwich from a Subway near their home last year and feel they were "duped" by the fast-food restaurant.

They say independent testing has confirmed the tuna sandwich was neither tuna nor fish, calling it a "blended non-tuna product." They're claiming fraud and misrepresentation.
