Nipsey Hussle Estate Announces 'Marathon Visual Album Experience'

Nipsey Hussle's 2010 mixtape, The Marathon, is getting a revival.
On Tuesday (February 2), the late rapper's estate announced their plans to host a virtual event for the decade-old release called "The Marathon Visual Album Experience." The live stream event will take place on YouTube, beginning February 5 at 9 PM ET. Over on Hussle's Instagram account, a teaser for the upcoming stream was released and depicted a Mercedes convertible in various Los Angeles spots soundtracked by the rapper's track, "Love?"
"THE MARATHON Visual Album Experience on YouTube Live this Friday, February 5th at 6pm PT / 9pm ET," read the caption to the post. Meanwhile, one of the project's visual designers shared a separate promo and tagged Rodeo Drive as the location. "Celebrating the life of an incredible human, the Marathon Mixtape and the first week of #BlackHistoryYear," he wrote.
Hussle’s 18-track release, which was released on December 21, 2010, saw lead single "Feelin” Myself," as well as collaborations with Kokane, Lamar 'Mars' Edwards of 1500 of Nothin' and MGMT.
