Video: Mountain Lion Spotted Roaming In Las Vegas Valley Neighborhood

Locals have been on high alert after hearing the news of a mountain lion roaming in a Las Vegas Valley neighborhood near Hualapai Way and Desert Inn Road, reported 8 News Now.
The mountain lion was spotted several times over the weekend, according to neighbors in the community.
A photo of the wild animal was posted to social media on Saturday. The photo showed the animal in the are near Willow Park, which is just west of Town Center Drive.
One resident said that two pet cats had gone missing and to watch out for others.
Melissa Boyd stated, "Keep your pets inside and please be careful, they won't back down from humans. AC (animal control) has been notified."
She wrote in the post, "I hope they will tranquilize him and safely relocate him to a safe area."
Boyd also said that another resident told her on Sunday that a mountain lion was spotted carrying a cat at Hualapai and Peay Way about a week ago.
KTNV Channel 13 Las Vegas obtained Ring security camera footage of the mountain lion at a local home. The video shows the animal walking right up to the fence near the house and leaping over it.
