Multiple Injuries After Gunman Opens Fire At Minnesota Health Clinic

Multiple people were injured after a mass shooting at a health clinic in Buffalo, Minnesota, on Tuesday (February 9). Authorities said that a gunman opened fire at the Allina Health Urgent Care – Buffalo Crossroads clinic around 11 a.m. local time injuring at least five people, who are all in critical condition.
The victims have all be transported to local hospitals.
About 30 minutes later, there was a purported explosion at the clinic, the Star-Tribune reported citing dispatch audio.
"We just had a bomb go off in the clinic," an officer can be heard saying. "They're evacuating the clinic parking lot, so we're going to go stage back at the child-care center we originally staged at."
The bomb squad was called to the scene and was seen loading an item into a spherical contraption attached to an armored truck. Officials said that no bomb went off inside the clinic.
The Wright County Sheriff's Office said that the suspected shooter has been taken into custody in a statement posted to Facebook. The suspect has been identified as 67-year-old Gregory Paul Ulrich. He has a lengthy history with law enforcement.
Buffalo Police Chief Pat Budke told reporters that Ulrich likely "targeted at that facility or someone within that facility."
According to KARE, police also responded to a bomb threat at a Super 8 motel about one mile from the clinic. They evacuated the guests at were reportedly searching suitcases that were found in room 110.
