Kelly Clarkson is having some trouble co-parenting with her estranged husband Brandon Blackstock.

During the Tuesday (February 9) episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the star, 38, shared some details about co-parenting the pair’s two children: River, 6, and Remington, 4. "You speak about co-parenting, and I'm doing that right now too," she said during their chat. "It's tough. … I know with me and Brandon, it’s just a difficult thing because we're in different places, and it’s like, we both agree on the main things, but it's hard thing when you're not together all the time, for me personally."

Elsewhere in the interview, Clarkson said that she and Blackstock will always "focus on their kids," so it appears they're on the same page on at least one subject. "As long as you make sure it's about the children and their best interests, then we're both on board," she added.

Clarkson and Blackstock wed in 2013, before filing for divorce in June 2013. The former has primary custody of the their two children.

Outside of the talk of their children, the two are going back and forth regarding her claims that he defrauded her out of millions. In January, Blackstock responded to Clarkson's previous legal docs, where she claimed his talent agency, Starstruck Management Group, defrauded her. The agency, which is run by Brandon's father, Narvel Blackstock, denied the allegations in which Clarkson claimed they violating California Labor Code and charged exorbitant commission fees. The agency argued that they are not subject to regulation under the Talent Agencies Act because they did not perform their duties in California. Additionally, they deny that Clarkson is entitled to any relief whatsoever.
