Katy Perry Wants More Children After Welcoming Daughter Daisy

Katy Perry is already thinking about baby number two!

According to Entertainment Tonight, the “Teenage Dream” musician — who welcomed daughter Daisy Dove Bloom, with her fiance Orlando Bloom in August 2020 — has babies on the brain. "Even though Katy is back to being busy with work and American Idol, she has mentioned that motherhood has made her think about having more children one day," a source told the outlet of the new mom.

To be clear, the insider clarified that Perry is not currently pregnant, and that’s she’s been really enjoying raising her firstborn with her hubby-to-be.

The source added, “Katy and Orlando are very, very on and doing well as a couple. Her and Orlando have a really good groove going and are loving being parents. ... They’re just enjoying the moment and spending time with Daisy and each other."

The insider also spoke about the couple’s plans to marry, as Perry and the Pirates of the Caribbean actor are coming up on the second anniversary of their engagement this Valentine’s Day.

"There are still no wedding plan updates and that conversation was really stressing them out at a point," explained the insider, who says that the pair don’t “want to put any pressure on themselves” concerning their marriage and that “there’s been no discussion of a new wedding date at the moment.”

The source concluded, “When they were initially planning their wedding, there was a lot of stress and tension, but now that things are so great between them, they have the mentality of 'if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.'"
