This Is North Carolina's Most Romantic Restaurant

As Valentine's Day quickly approaches, so does the anxiety of finding the best restaurant for a special meal. If you're having a hard time figuring out where to eat, or simply want to avoid the dreaded "what's for dinner?" debate, one website is aiming to help you out.

To help make the decision an easier one, Eat This, Not That! compiled a list of each state's most romantic restaurant, using reviews, previous travels, and conversations with plenty of locals. According to the site, one fine dining restaurant in North Carolina got the number one pick above of all others in the state.
So which North Carolina locale made the list?

The Fearrington House Restaurant in Pittsboro.

Eat This describes Fearrington House, located just outside of Raleigh, as having an "understated elegance and a roaring fireplace." The restaurant is part of Fearrington Village, a small English-inspired village that exudes Southern charm and hospitality.

The menu at Fearrington House changes with the seasons and has items harvested from the restaurant's very own vegetable and herb gardens. Anything they cannot grow themselves is sourced from local farms like Duckwood and Heritage. According to its website, Fearrington House is best known for its exceptional service, delicious menu, and hot chocolate soufflé. They also have plenty of fresh fish dishes and American classics.
