Mod Sun’s new album has arrived.

Friday (February 12) marked the release of the rocker’s fourth studio album, Internet Killed the Rockstar, an 11-track full-length project titled that also includes a feature with the singer’s rumored girlfriend, Avril Lavigne.

Mod Sun unveiled the cover artwork for Internet Killed the Rockstar, which features the 33-year-old musician posing along a fence wearing a white long-sleeved shirt bearing the album’s name.

Among the tracks that appear on the album include previously-released singles “Karma,” “Bones” and his collaboration “Flames” with the Canadian singer-songwriter Lavigne.

Other records on the album include "Internet Killed the Rockstar," "Rollercoaster," "Prayer," "Annoying," and a heartfelt track titled "Smith." The latter is an emotional and sentimental song that Mod Sun wrote as a tribute to his late father, Dennis Smith, who died in April 2020.

“There’s a song on my album that I’ve only been able to listen to 3 times including the day I made it….” he revealed on Twitter earlier this month. “It’s a tribute to my father who passed away last year and it was the most difficult piece of art I’ve ever made… RIP Dennis Smith."
