The Port Edwards man just won the lottery twice within two weeks, winning $121,000 in the Badger 5 jackpot on January 25 and another $50,000 in the Powerball drawing on February 6.

The odds of winning both the Badger 5 jackpot and a $50,000 Powerball prize are one in 155 BILLION,” Cindy Polzin, Wisconsin Lottery Director, said in a press release. “Congratulations Norm on these exciting wins!”

Overall odds of winning the Powerball are 1 in 24.9, and odds of winning the $50,000 prize for matching numbers and the Powerball are 1 in 913,130, according to the Wisconsin Lottery.

Fuller, a Veteran, is retired and plays the Lottery frequently. He’s now free of debt and has plans to share the money with his children and other relatives, the Wisconsin Lottery press release reads. He plans to continue playing the Lottery in the future.

The Badger 5 drawing split $242,000 between Fuller and one other winner. Two other Wisconsinites won the February 6 Powerball drawing along with Fuller.

Fuller bought both tickets at the Kwik Trip on 8th Street South in Wisconsin Rapids. The Kwik Trip received incentives of $5,840 because of Fuller’s winning tickets.

Kwik Trip Director of Public Relations John McHugh said in the release that “we are always delighted when one of our very loyal customers becomes a winner.”
