These Florida Spots Are Among The Top Beaches In The U.S.

A new list shows the top beaches in the United States, and the Sunshine State dominates the rankings.

TripAdvisor put out their Travelers' Choice top picks for beaches, which includes sandy spots from Oregon, Hawaii, California and Maine.

Not only are most of the entries located in Florida, but St. Pete Beach secured the No. 1 spot. Here's what the website had to say about the beach:

"A great walking beach with white quartz sand, clear calm water, and seashells by the truckload. The most perfect place to watch the sun set over the ocean."
