If you've been wanting more soup dumplings, there's good news for the Puget Sound area.

Dough Zone opened its eighth location in Bellevue on Friday (February 26), according to Seattle Pi. The new spot is where Swiftwater Cellars used to be on Main Street (10360 Main St Suite E).

The restaurant will be celebrating its flagship opening with some new menu items, such as boiled and pan-fried wontons. New guests and returning customers can also expect their usual delights on the menu, including xiao long ba (soup dumplings) and Q-Bao (pan-fried pork buns), green onion pancakes, Szechuan-spiced dan dan noodles, and red bean bao for dessert.

The chain first started at Belleveue Crossroads in 2014 and has expanded rapidly throughout the region, according to reporters. Seattle Pi said Dough Zone in the International District one of the top-rated restaurants in the neighborhood. They also plan to be opening two new locations in California this April, as well.

The Puget Sound region is under Phase 2 of reopening, meaning indoor dining is allowed at 25 percent capacity. Residents can still order online for delivery and takeout.
