SWEET! Build Your Own Cream Puffs At Scottsdale's New Dessert Destination

Scottsdale has a new dessert destination for locals to enjoy, reported AZ Family.

The new place is called "Beard Papa's," and it opened over the weekend. It gives residents a chance to build their own yummy cream puff creations.

Beard Papa's is located at 15147 N Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale Quarter.

The cream puffs are made with pie crust on the outside that are freshly baked each day and a mouth-watering cream filling on the inside.

When you walk into the restaurant, you will choose your shell. There are eight flavors to choose from, including: original, chocolate, green tea, honey butter, crispy almond, Oreo cookie crumbl, strawberry, and S'mores.

Next, you'll choose a filling. There are three fillings to choose from: vanilla, chocolate, and green tea.

If you want a little more sugar, you can choose from a selection of other desserts on the menu, including créme brûlêe, fondant and cheesecake, and blended drinks.

"Beard Papa's" started out as a unique little pastry boutique in Osaka, Japan in 1999. The chain is now up to more than 400 stores in 15 countries. There are plans to have in total around 300 stores in the United States alone.

Owner Yasmin Rahimi said, "We are the freshest, most-natural cream puffs that they sell all over the world."
