Houston Woman Facing 30 Years in $3.7 Million COVID-19 PPP Scam

LaDonna Wiggins, a 37-year-old Houston woman is being accused of buying dozens of luxury items with about $3.7 million received through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Some of the purchases include nearly $725,000 for homes, $78,000 for a Land Rover and $63,000 at the Chanel store.
