Wyatt Teller is carrying a lot on his shoulders in the off season.
The Cleveland Browns offensive guard joined Miami Dolphins player Zach Sieler and Sieler’s girlfriend Hannah Cook in Florida.
While visiting the Sunshine State, the trio captured a video of Teller carrying a massive gator on his shoulders, which cleveland.com shared on Friday (March 5), crediting Cook.
“Oh nothing to see here... except Browns OL Wyatt Teller carrying an ALLIGATOR over his shoulders!” the news outlet's Instagram post reads, also noting that the alligator was hunted legally via Clay Gully Outfitters in Florida.
Clay Gully Outfitters is “the largest free-range, private land gator hunting outfitter in the state of Florida,” its website reads. The 5,000-acre ranch is located about 30 minutes from Lake Okeechobee.
Sieler is part of the Clay Gully Outfitters team, dubbed “an NFL star by day and a hunter by night.”
“Zach’s passion for hunting and fishing has continued to grow while living in Florida and he loves to join guests at the ranch on their hunt when possible,” the Clay Gully Outfitters website reads of the “country boy from Michigan.”
The Smithsonian Institute says that full-grown male gators exceed 11 feet in length, weighing around 1,000 pounds. Females are more than 8 feet long and approximately 600 pounds, according to cleveland.com.
