Music’s Biggest Night is quickly approaching and it’s bound to make for an exciting watch. After the Recording Academy postponed the January show due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re just days away from the rescheduled date on Sunday (March 14). Ahead of the big ceremony, which will be hosted by Trevor Noah, iHeartRadio wants to help you brush up on this year’s big nominees.
From Beyoncé to Dua Lipa, Roddy Ricch and Taylor Swift, this year’s nod list is stacked with a bunch of familiar names. Scroll on below to see who has the most nominations for this year’s ceremony.
Beyoncé
With nine nods this year, Queen Bey is the most-nominated woman in Grammy history. She now has a total of 79 Grammy nominations over the course of her career. The icon is in the running for Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, Best Music Video, Best Music Film, and Record of the Year.
Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa picked up six nominations for Future Nostalgia, the categories include Record of The Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Duo, and Best Pop Vocal Album.
Roddy Ricch
Roddy Ricch received six nominations, mainly for his hit single "The Box." The rapper is in the running for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Melodic Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song.
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift also received six nods. Her fifth Song of the Year nomination makes her the most nominated female songwriter in that category. Album of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Duo, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Song Written For Visual Media are some more categories she is being considered for.
Brittany Howard
Brittany Howard's five nominations impressively cover four separate genres. The categories include Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song, Best Alternative Music Album, Best R&B Performance, and Best American Roots performance.
Megan Thee Stallion
Megan earned a total of four nominations including Record of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish landed four nods including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Song Written For Visual Media. She's the first artist since U2 to land a record of the year nomination after winning in that category last year.
DaBaby
DaBaby earned four nominations for "Rockstar" and "BOP." The categories include Record of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Melodic Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song.
Phoebe Bridgers
Phoebe Bridgers earned four nominations for her acclaimed album, Punisher. She's in the running for Best New Artist, Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song, and Best Alternative Music Album.
Justin Bieber
Bieber also received four nods and is up for Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Duo, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Country Duo.
