The weather is warming up which means it's almost that time of year again when we can splash around in pools, ride stomach-dropping water slides, and relax in a lazy river.
Water parks all around the Las Vegas area are preparing to open ahead of pool season as the warmer weather waltzes in and COVID-19 restrictions are loosening all over the nation.
The popular water park Cowabunga Bay in Henderson is getting the park all ready for reopening and welcoming guests back to the park, reported 8 News Now. The park will be reopening on March 27th for spring break.
For those who have been out of work or are looking for a summer job, Cowabunga Bay is hiring right now as well. The park needs to fill around 200 positions. Those wanting a lifeguard position will need to be at least 16 years old and will be trained and certified on-site at Cowabunga Bay. In addition, there are also be many other entry-level positions that need to be filled before the park reopens to the public.
Applications for all of the positions must be submitted online.
