One Arizona woman experienced something that true nightmares are made of.
The Tribune reported that the woman heard a rattling sound from her bathroom, so she went to check it out.
Once she got to the bathroom, she flipped on the light to find a terrifying surprise. A three-foot rattlesnake was at her feet.
She left the door open and ran away. The rattlesnake escaped the bathroom and had free-range of her bedroom inside of her Mesa home.
The snake camouflaged itself against some pillows, blankets, and boxes of clothing.
Rattlesnake catcher Marissa Maki of Rattlesnake Solutions came to catch the critter. Rattlesnake Solutions posted a video of the moment Maki made the catch to social media.

"The mom and her adult son went out to dinner and when they got home, the noticed their front door was open. They hadn't latched the door, so it swung open with the wind. The lady had to go to the bathroom so she walked in, lights still off. When she stepped into the bathroom, she heard a rattle. Unsure of what it was, she flipped the lights on and saw the rattlesnake right there on her bathroom floor."
According to Maki, the woman barricaded the snake in her bedroom and stuffed blankets under the door crack so it couldn't escape.
