Back in January, YUNGBLUD joined over a dozen artists to pay tribute to David Bowie during A Bowie Celebration: Just For One Day! livestream concert. Now, the English rocker is sharing the full performance of his cover of "Life on Mars?"

"it’s rare in this life that you meet someone who shaped your whole fookin existence. i felt like i met him last night," YUNGBLUD wrote on Instagram the day after the tribute concert aired. "i felt like i was on a different planet. he was there and i was with him. it was truly the greatest moment of my fookin life getting to sing 'life on mars' with rock n roll legends and past members of bowie’s band at a concert in his memory. thankyou [sic] for everything starman."

YUNGBLUD's cover played during NASA's Mars landing last month, and on Thursday (March 18), he announced a merch partnership with the agency. "today i did a merch drop with @nasa and was allowed to release a cover of my favourite song by my favourite artist. someone f**kin wake me the f**k up !!!" he wrote on Instagram, documenting the surreal day.
