Kylie Jenner, who is worth a reported $900 million, is facing backlash for asking fans to donate toward her makeup artist’s surgery.

Fans are livid after the beauty businesswoman directed her 222 million followers to a GoFundMe set up for Samuel Rauda, who recently underwent a brain operation after sustaining serious injuries in a car crash.

"May God watch over you and protect you @makeupbysamuel. Everyone take a moment to say a prayer for Sam who got into an accident this past weekend. And swipe up to visit his families [sic] go fund me,” Jenner wrote in an Instagram Story, directing users to a $120,000 donation page for Rauda.

Per the GoFundMe, it appears Jenner contributed a $5,000 donation. Still, fans are boggled that — considering her massive wealth and the economic impacts of the global pandemic — she’s encouraging everyday people to pitch in.

Needless to say, Twitter gave her a mouthful.

As this Twitter user broke it down: “Folks are defending Kylie Jenner by pointing out she donated $5,000 to her makeup artist's medical GoFundMe. Her net worth is $900M. So, that's 0.000006% of her net worth. If your net worth were, say, $100k, it would be like donating 56 cents.”

“No way billionaire kylie jenner opened a Go Fund Me for her stylist??? sis how about you GO FUND HIM,” another user tweeted.

Someone else chimed in, “How in the cinnamon toast f—k is Kylie Jenner asking for donations for her make up artist when she’s a goddamn billionaire. Is that broad for real.”
