Crocker Art Museum Sets Reopening Date

Another Sacramento attraction has announced its reopening.
The Crocker Art Museum announced on Thursday, March 25, they will be reopening to the public on Thursday, April 8.
The museum will be open Thursday through Sundays from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
They will also be offering free admission on Sundays starting April 11 through May 31. Reservations must be made in advance.
The Crocker was closed through last spring and summer but reopened in October until California saw a spike in COVID-19 cases in the winter.
With Sacramento County now in the red tier, museums can operate at 25% capacity.
"In compliance with the state’s public health orders requiring the use of face coverings in public buildings, masks are required for all guests over the age of two, including those who are fully or partially vaccinated," reads the museum website. "Staff and security guards will wear face coverings as well. Plexiglass partitions have been installed at the visitor services desk. Additionally, cleaning protocols have been enhanced throughout the building and hand sanitizer stations will be placed at the Museum’s entry and in other locations throughout the Museum."
