St. Louis could be the latest site for an Amazon Fresh grocery store.

Amazon is reportedly considering a Sunset Hills location, revitalizing the former Toys “R” Us store, the St. Louis Business Journal found from multiple sources.

Though, Amazon "doesn’t comment on rumors or speculation,” a spokesperson told the Business Journal when asked about the plans.

If an Amazon Fresh opens at the Shoppes at Sunset Hills, it would mark the first location in the state. It would also join existing grocery stores in other states, according to the story by the Business Journal and shared by KSDK. The company that owns the Shoppes at Sunset Hills could not immediately be reached.

Amazon Fresh aims to serve as “your one stop for great deals on national favorites, plus new tastes, organic and ready-to-eat food, local finds, and the best of Amazon,” the company’s website reads. It allows customers to add grocery items to their carts for an Amazon shopper to pick up for a contact-free delivery within a scheduled, two-hour window.

Amazon Fresh grocery stores aim to offer “consistently low prices on a wide variety of your favorite brands as well as high-quality produce, meat, and seafood.” Existing locations are open in California and Illinois.
