Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany had just one word to describe the situation at America's southern border following a trip there last week: "Chaos."

"Everything I heard going down there--I was hearing things were bad--it's worse," he said in an interview with "The Dan O'Donnell Show" Monday. "It's chaos down there, and we saw it in so many different ways."

Tiffany visited the Border Patrol facility in Donna, Texas that has been the epicenter of the current surge of illegal immigrant children. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the facility has a maximum capacity of 250 residents. It has been holding 16 times that for weeks that.

"We did a roundtable with a head of the Border Patrol Union and other citizens including a sheriff," Tiffany explained, "and the sheriff and another member of the delegation that we met with said the word 'intentional.' They said, 'We are very concerned that this [border surge] is intentional."
