Woman Accused Of Shooting And Killing Her Father In Liberty County

The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office reports an argument between a man and his daughter ended

in deadly shooting. 35-year old Lauren Gayle Prather is accused of shooting and killing her

father, 62-year old Dennis Claude Huff at his home near Dayton. The Texas Rangers are

assisting the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
