Kim Mulkey Leaving Baylor For LSU

A Hall of Fame coach is leaving her post after 21 years. Kim Mulkey, who won three national championships at Baylor, is headed for Baton Rouge, where she will become the women's head basketball coach at LSU. The Tickfaw, Louisiana, native will be formally introduced on Monday. The 58-year-old Mulkey took over the Waco-based Bears program in 2000, which, up to that point, had never reached the NCAA Tournament. She led the Lady Bears to the national title three times throughout her tenor.
