A man who lives in Carlsbad is being sued by two of his neighbors for $15,000, reports Time Meets Road.
The man, Bryan Hillman, is being accused of reckless driving and a loud exhaust on his BMW. The $15,000 is being asked from Hillman in reparations for "interfering with the quiet enjoyment of my (their) property due to his wreckless [sic] use of his vehicle."
One neighbor is asking for $2,000 a year for the past five years and the other neighbor is asking for $1,000 for each year, according to the documents Hillman posted on his Twitter account.

San Diego County has specific regulations against "impulsive noise," reports The Drive.
The regulation says "no person shall produce or cause to be produced an impulsive noise that exceeds the maximum sound level [82 db] when measured at the boundary line of the property where the noise source is located or on any occupied property where the noise is received."
Whether Hillman's neighbors have made any complaints like this or called the local police is unclear.
According to Time Meets Road, Hillman had several videos posted on his social media accounts showing him doing donuts or breaking traction around his neighborhood.
However, most of them are now deleted or have been set to private.
