Cybercrime has become such a big business that there are groups who sell "ransomware as a service" to other would-be extortionists. JBS, the biggest meat processor in the world, was just hit by a ransomware attack but seems (so far) to have been better positioned to recover than Colonial Pipeline was. We talk with Jason Crabtree about these criminals and about how business should think about their own cyber vulnerabilities.
