A suspected drunk driver crashed into multiple headstones and cars at a veterans cemetery in Denver on Memorial Day.
According to authorities, families and friends were at the Fort Logan National Cemetery honoring their loved ones when the incident occurred.
The woman was later identified by authorities as 44-year-old Paulette Martinez.
It was just before 3:00 P.M. when Martinzed sideswiped two parked cars in the parking lot before driving onto the lawn and crashing into nine headstones, the Denver Police Department told FOX News.
Douglas County Commissioner Lora Thomas was at the scene visiting her father's grave when the car rammed into the headstones.
"Traffic jam going to Dad's grave at Ft Logan," Thomas tweeted on Memorial Day. "There's a car in between headstones. Saw an officer cuff a woman and walk her away. Hope no one got hurt."

Denver police believe that she was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
The headstones that Martinez's vehicle hit were either damaged or completely destroyed, reports CBS4.
Staff at Fort Logan National Cemetery removed the damaged property after the crash and placed temporary markers on them. CBS4 reports that replacement headstones are now being made.
Martinez is facing multiple charges that include DUI.
