New LSU President Expected To Sign Contract This Week

LSU's choice for its next president could put pen to paper on a contract as soon as this week.

University executives shared Monday that they have agreed on a contract with William F. Tate, IV and expect him to take the reigns as president.

According to reports, Tate's pay package will be around $775,000 per year.

Tate is set to sign the contract some time this week and will start on July 5.
