Pawtucket Police Investigate Deadly Shooting

(Pawtucket, RI) -- Pawtucket Police investigate a deadly shooting. The shooting happened early Saturday on Central Avenue. Responding officers found two people in a car stopped along George Bennett Industrial Highway between Central Avenue and Armistice Boulevard. Police investigators say the 29-year old passenger from Massachusetts had been shot and died later at a hospital in Rhode Island. The driver was not hurt.
