A unique home in Nothern California known as the "Flinstone House" was hit with a lawsuit from the town it's located in. The home has dinosaur replicas and is filled with memorabilia from the '60s cartoon.

The owner Florence Fang was sued by the town of Hillsborough and after the lawsuit was settled, Fang will be paid $125,000 by the town to cover the costs associated with the lawsuit from 2019.

According to The Palo Alto Daily Post, the settlement also states that Fan must apply for permits for the home's unique exterior. However, they are guaranteed to be approved once filed.

The suit was settled back in April but details have only been revealed recently due to a gag order, reports NBC News.

“The parties have reached an amicable resolution of the case to the satisfaction of all the parties, such that the improvements made to the Flintstone House will be permitted to remain," the suit states, according to the Daily Post.

The Flintstone House was designed by William Nicholson in the 1970s. It was vacant for several years until Fang purchased the home in 2017 for $2.8 million.

When Fang began adding dinosaurs, statues of Flintsone characters, and a sign that read "Yabba Dabba Doo," the city issued three "stop work" orders.

Fang, who is Chinese, claimed she was a victim of racial discrimination and counter-sued the town.

The settlement required Fang to drop the racial discrimination claims against the town.
