Who can relate? Henry Golding's reaction to becoming a first-parent is hilariously relatable. The new dad and Snake Eyes actor joined Ryan Seacrest on-air on Thursday, July 22, and described the experience as "hell week."

The Crazy Rich Asians actor and his wife Liv Lo welcomed a baby girl in April 2021.

"Priorities have absolutely shifted," Henry shared of becoming a dad. "Nothing can prepare you," he jokingly added, referring to all the baby books. "Nothing is the same as going through the first of hell week. We were sort of questioning ourselves like, 'Why would anyone want to do this over and over and over again?'”

The new dad also took on a new task when it came to filming G.I. Joe flick Snake Eyes.

Henry shared he'd joke on set: "Damn, I wish I was doing rom-coms again. This is hard."
