Two Melbourne Police Officers saw a car in the Indian River Tuesday morning, and pulled the driver out. The car veered off Eau Gallie Causeway about 1am. "It flipped over two or three times," an unidentified caller told dispatchers. The officers carried the driver, who was unconscious and had no pulse, and started CPR until rescue crews arrived. Police say the driver was revived and is in stable condition.
