Twitter is not happy with a now-viral tweet image of Olympic athletes saying "Cannabis takes the world stage at the Tokyo Olympics". A lot of tweets are asking why it's ok for some Olympic athletes to take CBD and why was only Sha'carri Richardson kicked out.
Some people are bringing up an Instagram post from the Olympic basketball star Sue Bird saying,
Meet the new faces of cannabis in sports. I'm proud to partner with Mendi and to join these all-stars in our joint mission to bring cannabis to the world stage.
