Can You Guess Wisconsin's Favorite Chip Dip?

Chip dip is essential to any house party or appetizer for the table at a restaurant, but which one you choose may depend on where you live in the United States.

Zippia compiled a list of each state's most popular chip dip and the results may surprise you.

There are so many various types of dips, so to help narrow down the most popular, Zippia used a year's worth of Google Trends to determine which dip each state obsesses over. The report states that they found nearly 20 dips the are the most popular nationally.

So, which dip is the most popular in Wisconsin?

Beer cheese dip.

To no surprise, the cheese-loving state had to have some sort of cheese as their dip, but they were the only state with that specific one.

Out of all 50 states, 18 had salsa as the most popular dip of choice, and falling right behind salsa was guacamole, with 15 states favoring the avocado-based dip.
