Each state has qualities that set it apart from other states. Some states are better at physical fitness and healthy eating, while others are known for fried foods and high obesity rates. Some states are known for their sunny, hot weather conditions while others are known for wet, cold, and snowy conditions.

So what is Arizona best at?

Reader's Digest released a list of what each state is best and worst at.

According to the list, Arizona is best at sunshine. Typically we know Florida as the sunshine state, but it turns out that Arizona is actually the sunniest. In fact, it's so sunny that Yuma, a city in Southwest Arizona, is the sunniest place on the entire planet! Yuma has a 90 percent chance of sunshine every single day.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Arizona has it's downfalls too. The list says that Arizona is worst at "teacher turnover." So what causes the teacher turnover rate to be so high?

Here's what the Reader's Digest says about Arizona's teacher turnover rate:

"Arizona has frequently been named the worst state for teachers thanks to high turnover and teacher-to-student ratios."
