Arizona Concerts And Venues Requiring Masks, Negative Tests, & Vaccinations

With concerts coming back in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, many Arizona venues and artists are requiring face masks, negative COVID-19 tests, and proof of vaccinations in order to be able to attend shows.

One radio station reported that the Marquee Theatre in Tempe made the announcement on Monday that masks will be required to enter the facility. It must be worn at all times, unless eating or drinking.

Maroon 5, Dead & Company, and Rise Against are requiring proof of full vaccinations or a negative COVID test to be able to attend their upcoming Arizona shows.

Maroon 5 will play in Arizona on Oct. 1. The band announced on Twitter that starting Aug. 16th, proof of vaccination or a negative test results within 48 hours will be required. They wrote:

“We want you to know that our top priority is the safety and well being of our fans as well as that of the hard working men and women who makes these events possible.”

Dead & Company will be playing in Arizona on Oct. 25. The band made the announcement that all guests over the age of 12 will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result.

The Arizona Federal Theatre will be requiring all attendees to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result in order to attend shows in the venue.
