Swae Lee & Jhene Aiko Team Up For New Track 'In The Dark'

Swae Lee and Jhene Aiko have teamed up for an exciting new track titled 'In The Dark.'

The song comes just two days after Swae teased the collab on Instagram. "Me and [Jhene] have a special surprise for y’all," he wrote alongside a series of photos of the pair at the Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings premiere in Los Angeles.

Many fans correctly guessed Swae and Jhene worked together on a song for the highly anticipated Marvel flick. The song premiered on Marvel Entertainment's Youtube channel on Friday (August 20).

The catchy, pop-infused track sees Swae and Jhene singing to each other as exes asking each other not to leave them in the dark. "Don't leave me in the dark (Dark)/I deserve more (More)/I'm somebody's reward," they croon together on the chorus.

For those who may not know, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is the latest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will introduce fans of the superhero movies to a brand new hero. The official synopsis for the film teases the arrival of "Martial-arts master Shang-Chi as he confronts the past he thought he left behind when he's drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization."

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings premieres in theaters on September 3, 2021.
