Taylor Swift is officially on TikTok. After joining the social media platform earlier this week, Swift is already a pro at the vide-sharing app.

On Wednesday (August 25), the 31-year-old artist embraced the cat lady lifestyle in a hilarious video. The TikTok starts off with a throwback interview from 2014 where Swift opened up about her decision to get a second cat.

"Before I got the second cat, I was kind of canvasing everyone I knew, saying, 'Is cats, cat lady?' Two cats is cats and there's more than one. And they're like, 'No, three cats is a cat lady, two cats is a party,'" Swift explained at the time.

As all Swifties know, the 'Betty' singer now has not two, but three cats. The video quickly cuts to present day, with Swift showing off her beloved pets, Olivia Benson, Meredith Grey, and Benjamin Button.

Swift most recently welcomed Benjamin into the fold. Back in 2019, Benjamin starred in her 'Me!' music video. For Swift, it was pretty much love at first sight. "I've never had a cat love people this much," Swift said in a behind-the-scenes video. "I know kittens are cute, but that kitten is special."

Fans recently became concerned about Swift's first cat, Meredith, when they noticed she hadn't been making as many appearances on Swift's social media over the last few years. Swift eventually addressed the situation with a video all about Meredith's desire for privacy.

“She’s just a very private little cat. She likes her business kept to herself," Swift said in the video, which she shared back in April following the release of Fearless (Taylor's Version). “She doesn’t like a camera shoved in her face, and who could blame her? There’s your update on Meredith.”

Swift's foray into TikTok content comes just ahead of the release of Red (Taylor's Version). The revamped album will feature a whopping 30 tracks, including a never-before-heard collaboration with Ed Sheeran and a 10-minute version of her fan-favorite song 'All Too Well.'

“I’ve always said that the world is a different place for the heartbroken. It moves on a different axis, at a different speed. Time skips backward and forwards fleetingly," Swift said of the album. "The heartbroken might go through thousands of micro-emotions a day trying to figure out how to get through it without picking up the phone to hear that old familiar voice."

“In the land of heartbreak, moments of strength, independence, and devil-may-care rebellion are intricately woven together with grief, paralyzing vulnerability, and hopelessness," she continued. "Imagining your future might always take you on a detour back to the past. And this is all to say, that the next album I’ll be releasing is my version of Red.”

Red (Taylor's Version) drops on November 19.
