Sharon Stone Mourns Death Of 11-Month-Old Nephew Days After Organ Failure

Sharon Stone honored her late nephew, River, on Monday (August 30).

Three days after asking her Instagram followers for support, revealing that the 11-month-old was experiencing organ failure, the actress, 63, revealed that River tragically passed away. In a new post, the Hollywood veteran let viewers in on some sweet moments from his life, including footage of her playing with the smiling child. "River William Stone Sept. 8, 2020 - Aug. 30, 2021," she captioned the post, which saw a number of celebrity supporters, including Leslie Jordan, Kate Hudson and Selma Blair.

Stone was a proud aunt to River and that was seen after she introduced him to the world on September 13, 2020. In her announcement post, she wrote, “Look who's going home: River William Stone, my brother Patrick and his wife Tasha's new baby."
